EUGA: EUROPEAN UNION GRANTS ADVISOR

European Public-Private Partnership that stimulates skills for Employability projects and supports the use of available public funding to boost impact of Employability projects for training and job creation. econet is part of the this board that will lead the ICT sector’s contribution on the development and implementation of the long term digital literacy and e-skills agenda in Europe.

  • €120M of EU and national government funding awarded as a result of EUGA.
  • 105,000+ people to be trained from grants awarded.
  • Delivering It-literacy, IT practitioner skills and IT professional skills.
  • 113,000+ SMEs and 267 local government organizations benefiting.

EUROPEAN ALLIANCE ON SKILLS FOR EMPLOYABILITY

European Public-Private Partnership that stimulates skills for Employability projects and supports the use of available public funding to boost impact of Employability projects for training and job creation.

  • Support the launch of local chapters of the Employability Alliance.
  • Build public private sustainable funding models for e-skills initiatives.

Project developed under the Leonardo da Vinci EU initiative to help develop the “Technological Dynamisation Local Agent” profile that will help SMBs across the EU address their e-skills development projects.

  • Creation of a new professional profile.
  • Creation of an on-line training platform.
  • 60 already formed “ Technological Dynamisation Local Agents”.
  • 60 Innovation Plans for SMEs accomplished.
  • Execution of the project in 3 different countries: Spain, Rumania and UK.

EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUNDS PROJECTS

Projects developed to implement e-skills employability pathways to allow municipalities in convergence regions support their citizens in finding jobs.

Lugo Opening Pathways - Selected by the European Commission as one of the ten best projects about Regional Policy – European Fund. Training and employment support for those citizen groups at risk of exclusion. The project is now on his 4th year and has been transferred to other Spanish regions:
  • Proximitas Plus - A Coruña.
  • Factor e - Segovia.
  • Crea Talavera - Talavera.
